About the Role:

InsuLead is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Fullstack Marketer to manage client accounts and drive growth.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of insulation contractors. This role combines strategic planning with day-to-day campaign management across SEO, PPC, content marketing, and more ensuring every campaign delivers measurable, impactful results.

Your #1 job will be to manage a portfolio of high quality clientele of 6-12 client campaigns – intelligently and expertly.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development & Execution

Create integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.

Account Management

Oversee client accounts and ensure campaigns are managed flawlessly.
Provide clear, actionable reporting and insights to clients.

Data Analysis & Strategy

Analyze performance data to drive strategic decisions and refine marketing tactics.
Use analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Content & Web Management

Collaborate with the team to develop compelling content and engaging digital experiences.
Oversee website updates to boost lead generation.

Industry Engagement

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Bring fresh ideas to help insulation contractors stand out in the market.

Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and data analytics.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Passion for the insulation industry and understanding of its unique challenges.
